2018 NBA ELECTIONS - Scholarly works of Presidential Candidates

Paul has presented several papers at NBA programs, using the platform to share knowledge with old and young lawyers.  6. Keynote Address delivered on 27 October 2017 at the Hackcess Cybersecurity Conference on the Progress of Data Access and Privacy Laws in the Sub-Region Holding, Lagos.
